Do I need any special equipment?
Absolutely not. All need you are comfrotable shoes for sightseeing. Any special gear needed for any trip will be specified in itinerary.
Terms and Conditions
It is the responsibility of the Traveler (any person interested in registering and /or booking a Guided Group Trip(s) with Backyard Adventures Group Travel), to carefully read and understand all terms, conditions and all trip information before submitting any form, including payments required. Any questions regarding any trips, terms or conditions should be sent to Backyard Adventures Group Travel by calling or emailing for clarification before purchasing any trip(s) offered. These terms and conditions apply to Travelers registering for Pre-Planned Guided Groups Trips.
Requirements to Travel
Traveler must be a minimum of 21 years of age with the physical ability to get around without assistance, to register and/or book trip(s). Child- friendly trips; child (20 years or younger) must be accompanied by parent(s), no other relative can take a child on any Backyard Adventures Group Travel Trips. Parent Traveler is responsible for their Child Traveler while on any Trip(s). Traveler must live in the United States, but those who reside in California, Hawaii, and Washington can not book any travel service(s) with Backyard Adventures Group Travel at this time. By booking (and placing a deposit) on any group trip(s) with Donya Y. Gant DBA Backyard Adventures Group travel, Traveler is acknowledging policies, terms and conditions have been read. All names on documents must match the legal name on your photo I.D., and travel document(s). Please check the State Department website at https://travel.state.gov for further information. Failure to comply with these regulations may result in denied boarding, denied entry, and/or government-imposed fines.

Trip Cancellation and Refunds
All cancellations must be submitted in writing.12–7 months before departure: Receive up to 75% of payments made, excluding the initial deposit.6–4 months before departure: Receive up to 50% of payments made, excluding the initial deposit.90 days or less before departure: No refunds will be issued. Final payment is also due 90 days before departure.Refunds are subject to any supplier payments that have already become non-refundable.No transfers or trip credits are offered. If you are unable to travel, your reservation cannot be transferred to another person or moved to another trip.Travel insurance is required for all travelers. We strongly recommend purchasing coverage as soon as your trip is booked to help protect your investment against covered cancellations, interruptions, delays, emergencies, and other unforeseen circumstances.By making a reservation, you acknowledge and agree to these cancellation and refund terms.
If for any reason Backyard Adventures Group Travel has to cancel trip, travelers will be refunded 100%.
Trip Insurance Is Available on Most Trips (it's Travelers' Responsibility to check if Insurance is Available) It is understood by the Traveler that each payment made to Backyard Adventures Group Travel will be disbursed as required by the contractual terms that Backyard Adventures Group Travel has entered into with each supplier, in order to provide the services agreed to for the trip to which the Traveler is registered. As such, all required payments are non-refundable 90 days before the trip. If Traveler does not pay a scheduled payment by due date their trip may be cancelled and monies paid will be reimbursed based on refund schedule above. Backyard Adventures Group Travel is not responsible for any cost incurred (any tickets, reservations, etc.) booked outside of the Group Trip, events must be refundable; we will not be responsible.
If Backyard Adventures Group Travel cancel a trip for any reason, all money will be refunded to Traveler in full within 30 days of trip being cancelled. Privacy Policy Backyard Adventures Group Travel is committed to keeping Traveler information confidential and secure. No information provided to Backyard Adventures Group Travel will not be shared or sold. Traveler is able to unsubscribe from emails and text, by emailing backyardadventuresgrouptravel@gmail.com that Traveler no longer wants updated news, newsletter and/or trip(s) information. Travel Waiver Backyard Adventures Group Travel assumes no liability in connection with any form of transportation, restaurants, or lodging accommodations used for the Trips, therefore, cannot be responsible in whole or in part for any lost, stolen, or damaged articles including luggage and personal property or for any sickness, loss, or injury to person/ traveler. Traveler understand that participation in trip activities could involve risk of physical injury, illness, death or property loss, and despite safety precautions, Donya Y. Gant DBA Backyard Adventures Group Travel cannot guarantee safety thereof, as all risks cannot be prevented. Backyard Adventures Group Travel, does not provide health and accident insurance for trip participants and therefore it is required of all participants to secure his/her own travel insurance. Traveler understand that any medical expenses, property loss, or other personal expenditures that result during or from this trip, are to be borne by the Traveler. Traveler also hereby consent, give authorization to, and release from liability; trip leaders to secure any emergency medical treatment in event Traveler is unable to, and Traveler agree to be responsible for the costs thereof. Traveler further acknowledge that if they drive their own vehicle (motorbikes included), or is a passenger in another’s private vehicle in connection with this trip, that Backyard Adventures Group Travel cannot be responsible for assuring the safety and reliability of such private transportation or driver, nor for any non-sponsored activities and travel that Traveler might choose to participate in before, during or after the trip, and therefore accept the risks and responsibilities associated with such private vehicle travel and activities. Travelers who are delayed for whatever reason are responsible to communicate with your Trip Guide/Leader, as well as joining the group as soon as possible, at their own expense. Illegal drugs will not be tolerated on any trip. In consideration for participating in the trip, TRAVELER VOLUNTARILY ASSUME FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR AND HEREBY RELEASE, WAIVE, DISCHARGE, HOLD HARMLESS, AND COVENANT NOT TO SUE COMPANY, ITS OFFICERS, MEMBERS, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, EMPLOYEES, VOLUNTEERS, GUIDES, AND OTHER REPRESENTATIVES (each a “company party” and collectively, the “company parties”) FOR ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, DEMANDS, ACTIONS, CAUSES OF ACTION, AND/OR LOSSES (including but not limited to any exemplary, direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or other damages, medical expenses, lost wages/income, loss of services, lost profits, property damage, pain, illness, and death) (collectively “liabilities”) WHATSOEVER ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY RELATED TO YOUR TRAVEL TO AND/OR PARTICIPATION IN THE RETREAT AND/OR ANY ACTIVITIES CONDUCTED IN CONNECTION THEREWITH, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER SUCH LIABILITIES ARE CAUSED BY THE NEGLIGENCE OF ANY COMPANY PARTY OR OTHERWISE, AND REGARDLESS OF WHETHER SUCH LIABILITY ARISES IN TORT, CONTRACT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF ANY COMPANY PARTY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH LIABILITIES, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY APPLICABLE LAW. Traveler have been asked to obtain travel insurance to cover against Liabilities resulting from trip cancellation or interruption, weather, natural disaster, strike, illness, job reasons, accident, sickness, evacuation, pre-existing medical conditions, baggage delay, loss, theft, and other Liabilities associated with travel and your participation in the trip. Photos and Videos You give Backyard Adventures Group Travel permission to use photos and videos for social media, marketing and/ or to display on web page. By registering/ booking for Backyard Adventures Group Travel Agent Guided Group Trip(s) you are accepting all Terms and Conditions laid out in this article and acknowledging that you have read the Terms and Conditions of this contract and agree with it. Including refund schedule for each trip. In consideration of the opportunity afforded, with full knowledge and acceptance of the risks associated with this trip and any recreational activities noted within; and with full understanding of the above issues/conditions and risks, Traveler hereby release, indemnify and hold harmless Backyard Adventures Group Travel, and any company staff members from all form and manner of risks inherent in, and from all claims, suits and demands of any nature arising from participation in said trip, or activities. Backyard Adventures Group Travel will not call, text, or email asking for any money besides money due for Trip(s) that Traveler is registered for, with Backyard Adventures Group Travel. This is an arrangement between Traveler (any person registered and /or booked on any trip(s) provided by Backyard Adventures Group Travel and Donya Y. Gant DBA: Backyard Adventures Group Travel (aka Donya Gant, Backyard Adventures Group Travel). Signed, DONYA Y.
